BRUSSELS (Dow Jones)--The European Commission Tuesday cleared French SCI Vendome Commerces, owned by AXA Group (12062.FR), and French property management company Klepierre SA (12196.FR), controlled by BNP Paribas SA (13110.FR), to take joint control of Annecy Courier, a commercial center in Annecy, France.
